Richard Radimer is a URI Alum and acclaimed author of two children’s books. His debut release, The Rainbow Bees is a story about leaps of faith, of living brightly, wrapped up in a colorful, fun story about a Mama Bee and her 100 baby Bees. You and your children will have fun following the loving adventures of our Mama Bee and her Baby Bumble Bees as they discover life outside the hive; and includes a special 10-page coloring/activity section for your child to continue their Bee adventures at home! In 2023, Richard released his latest book, Put Down the Shoe, a wonderfully whimsical and humerus way to really ‘see’ bugs! Both books are creatively illustrated by Rhode Island’s own, (Internationally renowned) Artist Joanne DeLomba. Rich Radimer also donates his books to Children’s Hospitals around the country.
