Elizabeth Devlin

Growing up sailing the waters of Narragansett Bay, Elizabeth Devlin took many detours before she settled down to write Home Waters, a novel mix of family, romance, and environmental suspense. After teaching at the Naval War College in Newport and years serving in US embassies abroad, Elizabeth built a house with a view of the water so she could fulfill her lifelong ambition to write stories focused on what fires her passion. She is an enthusiastic supporter of Save the Bay and of all who share her devotion to the ocean, to family, and to a belief in a happy-ever-after. Part of all royalties goes to Save the Bay.
